Abstract
This manual introduces the theme of con ict mediation which, through a dynamic approach that uses dialogue, tries to complement the knowledge and experience brought in by the participants. With the using of tools such as games and group dynamics, we intend to strengthen the capacities of local leaders on this subject in order to contribute to the improvement of the admi- nistration of justice in the Autonomous Regions of Nicaragua. This manual starts by de ning and analyzing the concept of con ict from different perspective and realities, as to understand it as a natural process in social relations. Secondly, the forms and mechanisms to confront and manage con ict are identi ed and evaluated within the different contexts (interpersonal and community) it happens, toward contributing as much as possible to nding effective, nonviolent means of resolving con icts that are happening in our own reality.
