Abstract
Professors labor in the field of English language teaching, but not all teachers use materials for educational purposes in which strategies, methods, approaches, techniques, and activities promote the pursuit of new knowledge in learners. This research focuses on the Use of Educational Materials whose objective is to analyze the positive and negative incidences of ninth-grade students in the English Language Teaching at the Rubén Darío School, as in the classroom the teacher and learners interact including such materials. Both students and teachers need to be updated with modern tendencies in teaching and learning; start with teaching because the professor needs to know how to develop a class, hence being a manager, counselor, and transformer with enthusiasm to perform meaningful changes in her or his way of educating. And then, learning considering that a teenager needs to be nurtured by knowledge, as long as he or she does enough research in a pleasant environment to move in the direction that interests him. This is how the participation of each one will make the English language class Interesting. Educational materials perform an important role in the progress of a course because they make it attractive depending on how the teacher uses them to generate motivation and germinate meaningful learning in the learners. Many things become relevant when the teacher uses such materials in an appropriate approach connected with the affluence of monitoring the class, the active participation of the pupils, and also the excellent environment in which the students and the professor share experiences with each other. In this regard, it is found that school teens and mentors have positive and negative incidences by the way, both the usage and manipulation. The outcomes obtained in this research were the product of the application of instruments such as interviews, surveys, and observation guides. These tools for gathering information were applied to the teacher and also to the students of the school.
